•Our pre-sales engineers provide free consultations and offer design solutions (including model selection, relevant drawings, etc.).


2. Operator Training by After-Sales Engineers

•Our after-sales engineers will train operators via video training, which helps ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.


3. After-Sales Management Software

•We use after-sales management software to establish corresponding files for each boiler and to track after-sales service for each unit leaving the factory. Our after-sales personnel will conduct telephone follow-ups with customers.


4. Fault Response Time

•We have professional after-sales engineers who will respond within 2 hours after receiving a customer’s call, providing appropriate solutions and maintaining a 24-hour service hotline.
