Integrated Condensing Vacuum Boiler Unlike conventional boilers, the integrated condensing vacuum boiler is designed uniquely to reduce harmful emissions. It includes a flue gas heat recovery device, which is compactly structured. The device absorbs heat from high-temperature flue gases and low-temperature return water, thus improving heat transfer efficiency and saving on gas costs. The boiler is equipped with an ultra-low nitrogen burner, reducing NOx emissions to ≤30 mg.

Products Description

Fushide’s integrated condensing vacuum boiler series, tested by the Henan Province Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Inspection Institute, shows a boiler efficiency of up to 103%, with flue gas outlet temperature as low as 75°C and NOx emissions below 27.5 mg/Nm³. The boiler and condenser are designed as a single unit, saving up to 50-70% in floor space compared to other heating products. Compared to indirect heating systems (boiler + external heat exchanger + circulation pump + materials + installation costs), installation costs are reduced by over 30-40%. The efficiency is high, heating is rapid, and heat exchange is effective, saving over 20-30% on fuel costs compared to other heating products.


Through its unique design, harmful emissions are minimized, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is fully utilized. Equipped with an ultra-low nitrogen burner, NOx emissions are ≤30 mg. The vacuum boiler always operates under negative pressure, eliminating the risk of expansion and explosion, ensuring safety and reliability equivalent to atmospheric and pressurized boilers. The overall efficiency reaches above 98%, and it can provide hot water at 70-80°C within 2-3 minutes after startup, significantly reducing preheating time and energy waste. Adding a flue gas residual heat recovery device would further enhance thermal efficiency.


Equipped with an internal carbon steel (or stainless steel) heat exchanger, the heat transfer efficiency is high, and the water quality is clean. The large furnace design effectively increases the radiation heat absorption area, reducing NOx emissions. Flue tubes with built-in turbulence strips enhance heat transfer and make the structure more compact. The integrated design of the boiler and heat exchanger saves space and significantly reduces the footprint.


The fully automatic control system requires no dedicated operator, with display functions for inlet/outlet water temperature, making it easier to monitor the boiler and system operation. High-grade centrifugal glass wool multi-layer insulation minimizes heat loss, and the overall coating gives a compact and attractive appearance. The separation of stressed plates in high-temperature and high-pressure areas extends the boiler’s lifespan by 2-3 times, with a design life expectancy of 30 years.
