The main components include the shell cylinder, shell head, and installation tubes for electric heating elements. If peak and off-peak electricity storage is utilized, operating costs will decrease significantly, and the investment in this part can be recovered in about two years.

The electric hot water boiler mainly consists of a temperature control system, temperature sensors, electric heating elements, circulation pumps, and inlet/outlet valves. It has a thermal efficiency of over 99%, is environmentally friendly, and operates fully automatically.


The design features stepwise loading or unloading, balancing load adjustments, which effectively protects the heating elements and reduces the impact on the power grid, extending the service life. The first elements to be put into use are the first to be disconnected, ensuring even lifespans of the heating elements and automatic switching. The boiler controller uses a full Chinese display with a graphical user interface, showing rich operational statuses. Users can view real-time boiler operation information through the display. The boiler temperature is continuously adjustable and can be set arbitrarily according to requirements. The system features time control functionality, allowing users to set the operating times for each day of the week, with automatic start and stop times. It also includes a password protection function to ensure normal operation without external interference.


The control system is equipped with comprehensive self-protection functions. In the event of serious faults, the system will sound an alarm and take protective measures, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
