Combustion Ratio Adjustment Technology

Using an intelligent boiler controller and a fully premixed variable-frequency fan, it reduces ineffective output while achieving low emissions. The fully premixed low-NOx combustion technology of condensing boilers mixes air and natural gas in the correct ratio before entering the combustion chamber, ensuring full combustion and more uniform heating within the furnace. This reduces the amount of air needed, increases the dew point of flue gases, allowing them to enter the condensation phase sooner, thus further improving combustion efficiency. Additionally, it lowers flame temperature to reduce NOx production, keeping NOx emissions below 30 ppm under operating conditions.


Condensing Technology

The PLC programmable controller with a full-touch LCD screen displays dynamic graphics, enabling automatic operation and manual operation, making it simple to use. The network server module can be easily connected to building automation systems for remote monitoring, and can also be controlled via smartphones and computers for real-time monitoring. It can record information and send error reports to users via email regularly. By adding modules, the system can be divided into multiple zones for unlimited expansion, including indoor temperature control (wired/wireless configuration), outdoor temperature compensation, and the ability to control up to 16 boilers together.
