1. Direct Internal Heating

•This boiler uses built-in direct heating tubes with the following characteristics:

① Direct contact with water increases the heat transfer area, improving thermal performance and ensuring the output of the product.

② Strong mechanical properties, compact structure, small volume, and convenient maintenance, replacement, and installation.


2. Electric Heating Efficiency

•The boiler uses electric heating, resulting in only heat loss from the surface of the furnace body. The thermal efficiency is as high as over 98%.


3. Uniform Heating and Large Evaporation Area

•The heating is uniform and stable, with a large evaporation area.


4. Automated Control Systems

•Besides conventional pressure control, the boiler is equipped with an automatic blowdown system, an intelligent control system, automatic interlocking, and alarms, achieving fully automatic control. The heaters are staged to start and stop, reducing the impact on the power grid. The system includes automatic protection functions for overheating, overpressure, low water level, short circuits, phase loss, and electrical leakage, ensuring safety and reliability with simple operation.


5. Water Level Sensor

•The water level sensor provided with the boiler has the function of automatically controlling water supply, water level alarms, and interlocking. When the water level drops below the low water level alarm point, the feed pump starts automatically to supply water to the boiler. When the water level falls below the lowest safe water level control point, there is automatic audio and visual alarm and the heating elements are cut off, requiring manual reset. When the water level rises above the highest safe water level control point, there is an automatic audio and visual alarm but no interlocking.


6. Automatic Control for Heater Groups

•The boiler is equipped with an automatic control device for the sequential engagement and disengagement of heater groups. It also has an automatic load adjustment device.


7. Electrical Safety Measures

•The power cabinet for the boiler is equipped with a distinct and effective sectioning device, and the control cabinet has an emergency stop button. The selected electrical components meet the requirements for dynamic stability and thermal stability under short circuit conditions. They are capable of breaking short circuit currents and meet the breaking capacity requirements under short circuit conditions. The metal enclosures or potentially live metal parts of the boiler, power cabinet, and control cabinet have reliable electrical connections to the grounding terminal, with a connection resistance of no more than 0.1 ohms. The grounding terminal is of sufficient size to withstand possible grounding currents and is marked with a clear grounding symbol.


8. Pressure Regulation

•Under normal operating conditions, the pressure inside the boiler is maintained within the range below the user-set pressure. When the pressure inside the boiler is lower than the set pressure, the electric heating tubes start heating. When the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the heating tubes stop heating, cycling in this manner. If the boiler controller detects that the boiler pressure is higher than the maximum pressure set by the user, the heating tubes will stop heating and an alarm will be triggered. If the pressure continues to rise, the safety valve will open to release the excess pressure.
